How to place your Wholesale Order

Creating An Account

Before you can place a wholesale order you will need to apply for a Wholesale Account. This means simply providing us with some details about your shop, retail outlet or webshop; its name, address and contact details etc.

Once you have submitted your request, it should be processed within 1 - 2 working days, and assuming that your request meets our wholesale requirements, we will email you a username and password to access the shopping section of the site.

In the Shop

Once in the Wholesale Shop, you will find a full listing and description for each of our essences, along with their wholesale price. The currency can be set to Pounds Sterling, US Dollars, the Euro or Yen so that you can see how much the essences will cost you. You can also find details about shipping costs and delivery, which vary with the total weight of your order.

Payment

Payment is through the Worldpay Secure Payment Gateway. Worldpay is part of the Royal Bank of Scotland group and has a very secure and reliable international reputation. We accept all major credit cards ( with the exception of American Express ), and can also accept bank transfers, and on certain occasions Paypal, although there is a small fee for this as the processing costs are higher.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 - 3 working days of receipt of the order, and depending on the size and destination, orders are shipped by registered Airmail or TNT International throughout the world, or within the U.K. by courier or Royal Mail.
